Using Lingo

You may use Lingo to request original, personalized language-learning lessons for lawful personal or internal educational purposes. You are responsible for the email address and preferences you submit and for keeping private lesson links confidential.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If local law requires a higher age for consent, a parent or guardian must authorize your use.

AI-generated educational content

Lessons are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain occasional errors, awkward phrasing, pronunciation issues, or incomplete cultural context. Use them as a learning aid, not as a definitive linguistic, professional, legal, medical, or safety authority.

MayoFlux may publish a text-first lesson when some audio cannot be generated. Availability, voices, and generation time can vary by language and provider.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use automated means to evade request limits or abuse the generation system.
• Request illegal, exploitative, hateful, deceptive, or harmful material.
• Probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use another person's email address without permission.
• Resell access to private lessons or misrepresent generated content as verified fact.

We may block requests or revoke links that violate these terms or threaten the service.

Your input and generated lessons

You retain any rights you have in the topic and reinforcement terms you provide. Subject to these terms and any provider restrictions, you may use the generated lesson for your own learning and internal educational use. MayoFlux retains all rights in the Lingo software, design, brand, and service.

Do not submit confidential, regulated, copyrighted, or personal material you do not have the right to process.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of Lingo. Generation can fail because of provider, storage, network, or email outages. We do not guarantee that every request will complete or that a lesson link will remain available indefinitely.

Disclaimer and responsibility

Lingo is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for how you rely on or share generated lessons. MayoFlux is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service where such limitations are permitted.

Privacy, updates, and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may update these terms as Lingo changes; continued use after an update means the current terms apply. Questions may be sent to info@mayoflux.tv.
